Processing times

The processing times via EMAIL of our certificates are:

- Approximately 3/7 working days for documents processed urgently (we recommend contacting us to confirm processing times before choosing urgency);

- approximately 15 working days for non-urgent and non-apostilled certificates;

- Approximately 40 working days for certificates with apostille.

Description

The AIRE or AIRE residence certificate can be requested by anyone, provided that they know the personal data of the individual for whom they intend to obtain the document, provided that the individual is an Italian citizen and is resident abroad.

The AIRE residence certificate is the declaration of the public official in which he certifies the residence of a specific natural person in a foreign municipality. The document has value of truthfulness and regularity of the information contained therein as signed by the municipal official and has unlimited value throughout the national territory. To request the AIRE residence certificate, you must fill out the form by entering the following information:

• name,
• surname,
• date of birth,
• municipality of residence.

The certificate of residence contains the following data: name and surname, tax code, date of birth, municipality and province of registration and foreign residence address. You may have to pay a stamp duty of € 16.00. The AIRE certificate of residence is valid for six months from the time of its issue, after which time, it will be necessary to request a new updated certificate of residence.
