Description
The Land Registry is a document that provides detailed information on land or buildings registered in the land registry. It can be requested by anyone, as long as they know the details of the land, building or subject (physical or legal) for which they intend to obtain the document.
Furthermore, the Tavolare cadastral survey can only be requested in the provinces where the land register system is in force (Trento, Bolzano, Trieste and Gorizia).
Types of Land Registry Survey:

Cadastral Survey of Land or Building: Provides identification and classification data for land and buildings.

Land Registry Survey on Historical Land or Building: Includes both current data and all changes in data over time.

Land Registry Survey on Subject: Provides the personal data of the owner of the land/building and the identification and classification data of the land and buildings to which they are registered.

When to request the Land Registry Survey:

To pay municipal taxes (IMU, TASI AND TARI).

To request the granting of mortgages by banks.

To validly register a rental agreement.

If you want to know if there have been changes of ownership on a piece of land.

If you want to know if a building has changed its intended use.

If you want to know the cadastral income of a land or building.
Please note that the data contained in the cadastral survey has no legal value, the cadastre is not an evidentiary body.
